The FCC announced last month that they were going to "fix" the issue of unreliable, slow internet access in rural parts of the country. Their solution? Redefine what qualifies as "access." However, a recent move by Verizon Wireless perfectly illustrates just how insufficient this solution will be for rural Americans.
