Comcast Changes Its Tune on Self-Regulation

With more than 23.5 million customers, Comcast is the biggest ISP in the United States. That means they control nearly eight percent of the country’s internet access, a great power that they’ve always said they treat with great responsibility. For example, Arstechnica reports that one of the claims Comcast has made is that they would never violate net neutrality principles, regardless of federal laws.
