California is leading the charge for net neutrality, pushing through regulations even as the federal law has yet to be repealed. Ars Technica reports that the California Senate Judiciary committee recently approved a bill in a 5-2 vote that brings the country's strictest state net neutrality law one step closer to implementation. The federal law, while repealed in December, has yet not yet been finalized.
